Kito Talks
Hello, my name is Andrew Billings. I am the founder
and director of Zoom Pigs Home. I became
associated with pigs in 2007 when I adopted my
four-legged son, Kito, who is the monarch of this web
site and a daily supporter towards my efforts to help
pigs in need and the people who have accepted pigs
into their lives as family members.
Through hours of internet research, hundreds of
questions answered by those with more experience
and with thousands of miles traveled along the way
working and caring for pigs in need, I personally
became a dedicated pig advocate. Zoom Pigs
Home is not a bona fide transport company seeking
to capitalize on those with pigs in need of assistance.
In other words, my goal is not, by any definition, to be
associated with transporting pigs to farms or to
market. The sole objective is to support efforts
associated with adoption and rescue of Pot-Bellied
Pigs in the Southern California area.
Zoom Pigs Home operates in conjunction with a
network of Pot-Bellied Pig rescue groups and/or
sanctuary affiliations in an effort to help Pot-Bellied
Pigs and their people that have fallen on difficult
times or simply assist fellow Pot-Bellied Pig owners
that just need a little help safely getting their pig from
point A to point B.

Hello everyone and how are you
today? My name is Kito. My dad
Andrew asked me to share some
first hand tips with you about
myself and other Pot-Bellied Pigs.
The following are some basic facts
about me and my pig friends.
First of all, I must admit that I am a
very clean animal by nature.
Secondly, some of you may not
realize this but I am a very
intelligent animal. It is a proven fact
that us pigs are the fifth most
intelligent animal group on the
planet. Only humans, apes,
chimps, whales and dolphins lead
us in intelligence. I have the
mentality of about a five year old
child.
Because of my intelligence,
curiosity and subtle charm, I can
be very appealing as a pet in most
households. I am emotional with
feelings and can be affectionate
with my family.

Did you know? - Pig sanctuaries and rescue centers get pig pets dumped on them all the time because of
the lack of allowed zoning in their local counties or communities.
